Enter Local Contest June 1, through October 31, Four categories: humor, animals, scenery,  people. First Prize winners advance to International Contest
Adults: The Grand Prize Winner will receive $10,000 and a trip to National Geographic headquarters in D.C.
Kids: The Grand Prize winner in this contest will be selected from the First Place Winners in each category to win a trip to Costa Rica. Then the four First Place winners will go on to compete against other First Place Winners from international National Geographic photography contests. The best photo will win the Grand Prize in the worldwide contest—a trip to Washington, D.C.   This contest is open to U.S. and Canadian residents only.

The CAFÉ application process is being used
exclusively by ASCA for all 1% for Art calls and for
new acquisitions to the State Artbank. More programs
in Alaska are starting to use it. The Anchorage
program will soon be advertising calls this way.
