I found a set of wonderful hand-painted individual ashtrays with black & white images of Eskimo, Polar Bear, Igloos, Sled Dogs, Moose, etc.  They are wonderful, and each piece is incised with "VS Alaska 1962" on the bottom. Would just love to know who VS might be.  I love his (or her) work!
